Honey Truffle is a hive of creativity daily. Below is a sample of tantalising salads and sandwiches on offer daily.

The Ethos of Honey Truffle is to provide fresh, ‘happy’ food daily and as a result our abundant vibrant and tantalising selection of main options is likely to reduce after the lunchtime rush. However we can always satisfy just perhaps with a more limited menu in the late afternoon.

We offer 3 – 5 salads to choose from daily (you choose your topping), with the selection likely to reduce after the lunch time rush.

Asian Slaw

with Nam Jim Dressing (Thai Influence)

Israeli Cous Cous

Salad with gentle spices, roasted red pepper, red onion, roasted spiced potatoes, baby spinach and slow roasted cherry tomatoes

Mediterranean Cous Cous

with sun dried tomato, layered rocket, roasted courgette, peppers and chilli roasted aubergine , light dressing with sprinkled herb

Turkish Bulgar Salad

with cumin and coriander marinated cranberries, pickled carrot, pea, pomegranate and mint (or cucumber!)

Booster Grain Salad

Three Rice Salad with chickpeas, broccoli and pepper raw bites, goji berries, pomegranate, roasted butternut squash, carrot and pomegranate dressing

Caesar Salad variation

with slow roasted cherry tomatoes, chive and croutons, shavings of cheese

Asian Noodle Salad

mangetout, tenderstem, peppers, Asian dressing, mango, coriander, beansprout shoots

Balsamic Quinoa Salad

slow cooked balsamic red onions, Apple or nectarine slices, abundant green herbs and leaves
