Salads are our big love, but we offer much more...

The Honey Truffle team wash, peel, soak, chop, grate, squeeze, spice, pickle and roast throughout the day to create tantalising salads, flavoursome, wholesome sandwiches, heart-warming soups, our ‘Seasonal Savoury Tart’ of the day, granola crunch, compotes, vegan chickpea, spinach and spiced peacakes.

Our very popular thyme and slow roasted onion sausage rolls with Honey Truffle’s housemade ketchup, freshly squeezed orange juice (onsite)...and more.

We aim to satisfy Free From Gluten, Dairy Free and Vegan choices.

Our Sourdough Bread is supplied by Firehouse Bakery in Delgany, Wicklow.

Patrick Ryan was a founding member of Bread Revolution in Ireland and has been responsible for teaching many passionate bakers in Ireland their craft.

OUR COFFEE

Bell Lane is a specialty coffee roastery located in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, where we’ve been roasting quality coffee since 2012. Guided by the principle of doing business for good and doing what feels right, our commitment extends beyond just great coffee.

We believe in building meaningful relationships with coffee producers, supporting communities, and being mindful of our environmental impact. Every day, we take small, purposeful steps to make a positive difference in the world through coffee. From sourcing beans with integrity to considering our footprint, everything we do is rooted in our mission to make a lasting, positive impact in specialty coffee.

OUR MEAT IS IRISH

Smoked Bacon is supplied by either Gubbeen Smokehouse, Cork, Rosscarbery Recipes, Caherbeg, Cork or Oliver Carty. Manor Farm for Irish Chicken and Frank Doyles Family Butchers for all else…all cooked in our on-site kitchen.

Fresh Vegetables and Greens are supplied daily to ensure the best quality. Honey Truffle focuses on Irish produce where possible.

Our suppliers may vary slightly depending on availability but we usually have more than one supplier on any given day, amongst them are Caterway.

A huge focus of what we do, is providing vibrant tasting, nutritious salads using the very best ingredients.

Honey Truffle supports Irish dairy and cheesemakers, including Compsey Tipperary Creamery (Yoghurt), Yeats County Greek Style Yoghurt, Donegal, Village Dairy, St Tola and Fivemiletown Cheese, amongst others.
